Sample Inspection Report
See why Aurora inspection reports are different! Don't settle for a handwritten checklist, or a simple summary. At Aurora, we go the extra distance to not only tell you what the problems are, we tell you why it's a problem, how it became a problem, what could happen if it is not fixed.

Printed Reports
Each client receives up to three high quality copies of the printed and bound report, which are delivered to persons you choose. Because our reports are so thorough and the photo quality is very high, they are quite large. To download a sample report (21Mb), go to the Client Login Page , and use the username Aurora_Sample and the password "password".

You can view a Low-Resolution version of our Detail Report, which has the photos compressed to speed downloading.

You can also view a sample Summary Report, which is comparable to other inspectors' full reports.

Most clients and their attorneys use the Summary Report to quikly identify the issues that need attention, and then refer to the Detail Report for more information.

On-Line Reports
Our clients also having the option of getting an on-line report. This is helpful if the reports are needed quickly.
